Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

 

Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $75)

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days within the United States.

 

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination country. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track My Order page to follow your package in real time.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@wearzylo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
