30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@wearzylo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1β2 business days.
- 3. Pack your item(s) securely and drop off at any authorized carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3β5 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3β7 business days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply mention in your return email that you would like an exchange and specify the new item details.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- - Underwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- - Gift cards
- - Items damaged due to improper care
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at support@wearzylo.com. We will prioritize your case and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
